LVH symptoms and treatments

Can anyone who had LVH tell what your symptoms are amd how you discovered it and more importantly how are you dealing with it to improve things

I had AF not persistent and my midly dilated LVH came up on a echo test

Just looking for anyone who has been able to improve the LVH or at least stop it growing worse

I used to drink daily but haven’t for 28 months i don’t smoke never have I I eat well and healthy 6 days a week and from what I see others eat I don’t seem to eat as much as people that carry less weight than myself amd I know my eating is healthier so just thinking I would like ways to improve my LVH

I don't have this but have read in clinical studies that a large frame or excessive body mass will lead to an increase in heart size. The problem seems to be that the heart muscle can then become a little stretched, and this can lead to issues such as fibrillation.
