I haven’t been on for a while but wanted to post a Bournemouth Hospital 3 year 2 nd cardiac ablation anniversary success( at 51 after 2 years of ups and downs and various methods and meds to slow my heart down and regulate it ). Still in NSR , happy days ........ I have had a couple of very fast short bursts but all have sorted themselves out with trying to stay calm and collected so only lasted a couple of minutes at the most apart from the night of my Covid jab which lasted a couple of hours 2.30 a.m - 4.30a.m . ( concentrated on steady breathing to distract from the pounding in my head until I fell asleep exhausted and woke at 7 feeling tired but all back to normal thank goodness)
Meds are still Apixaban, Candasartan and atorvastatin .
Long may it continue and good luck to anyone /everyone else ............
Kind Regards
Stay safe
Sharon
