Problem with taking Pronordic Liposomal Magnesium with taurine. Has anyone used this product?

This morning for the firs time I tried a 5ml sachet of Pronordic liposomal magnesium with zinc chromium selenium and taurine. Within half an hour Imwas feeling very strange, on edge, anxious and noticed my pulse rate rise. The opposite was meant to happen as in a relaxed feeling and hopefully a beneficial effect on my heart arrhythmias. Has anyone tried this product and if so what did you experience. They were very expensive $85.00 for 30 sachets from the chemist. I would be keen to know. Thanks.

Ingredients.

Magnesium (as Magnesium bisglycinate) 31.25 mg

Zinc (as Zinc bisglycinate) 0.8 mg

Selenium (as L-Selenomethionin) 4.5 mcg

Chromium (as Chrome picolinate) 3.65 mcg

Taurine 25 mg

I have similar experiences ( much milder ) if I take magnesium after mid afternoon , it makes me slightly hyper .

So magnesium does have the opposite effect with me but thats with 125mg - 250mg and I also take Taurine 1000mg x twice a day.

Chromium and Zinc are used to support blood glucose levels .

Chromium 200mcg

Zinc 15mg to 23mg once a day. Higher rates are not supported by trials to be as effective.

So going on that and the rates your taking being way less I can only presume your reaction is because your very sensitive to this compound.

I have never taken selenium but its contrary side effects are within what you are experiencing.

You may have an allergy to selenium.
