Not sure how I'm supposed to fit all that in with 7 of my 5 a day, a glass of wine to help the heart and making sure I don't eat anything that has been "linked to cancer" but I suppose I could try.
I understand that those much advertised high fibre breakfast cereals have so little fibre in them that it might contravene the trades discription act. lol 😂
The notion seems sound. Certainly, worth a thought, however one increases the fibre intake. Replacing biscuits by fruit, grain based products by root vegetables etc. I do try
My misses is experimenting with Chia seeds which are reputedly high in fibre:- 11g of fibre in only 28 grammes of seeds . The speed in which she has been running to the bathroomrecently suggests the figures are correct!
