Constant sort burst of heart flutters

Hi everyone,

The last 3 days I keep getting sort busts of flutters only lasting 10-60 secs it’s happens at least 2-3 times every half an hour .

Im worried about what this could be ! It’s like it’s trying to speed up into a fast rhythm but gets cut short .

Iv never experience Sort runs like this before, seems to be on and off all day

Iv recently started taking blood thinners .

Has anyone else experience this ?

Sometimes yes my atrial.flutter does that kind of thing,especially if I get dehydrated like today...stupid of me......

I could be dehydrated I don’t drink a lot I never have tho . I get on top of that . Thank you 🙏

Yes, I have mixed AF/AFlutter, the latter sometimes quite brief. Is this regular and how fast is it? A Kardia would allow you to email an ECG rhythm strip to your EP.

I have a Kardia seems regular but sort burst of fast heart beat . Lots of ectopics.

How often are your brief episodes ?

Very variable, but generally every few days I have runs at a similar frequency to yours. Over exercise, too little sleep often trigger my short fastish episodes with comfortable periods of slow flutter in between at 60 bpm which feels like sinus rhythm.

You could post a rhythm strip here. With luck DrDave01 will report it for you.
