What off the counter meds can I used to help to stop these pvc

Absolutely nothing I know of, you need to see a cardiologist/Electrophysiologist for advice. Please see information on certain triggers for PVCs. Many people suffer them and some are treated if they get particularly annoying but it’s not something you should ever think about self-treating.

If you use the search box top right and "Ectopic Breathing Exercise" you will find a very useful technique which usually stops ectopics. It may take some time to perfect but it does work.

Bob’s advice to consider the sliw deep breathing is the only thing that works for me. There are no meds available and I think we all have to take far too many tablets anyway.
