I had to get off metoprolol because of side effects and now my rhr goes up to 100 and my new meds digoxin seem not to take it down. I am also on dilitizen. I had an ablation over 6 months ago.

Anything up to 120 is normally not considered unusual. My resting HR took about 12 months to come back down to my ‘norm’ of around 60-70 - it stayed most of the time around 80-100 but very gradually lowered over time.
