Return to work

Looking to return to work in few weeks Have to arrange meeting with homes manager to come to agreement on hours etc.I know my anxiety will kick in even though I have been there eight years Any advise would be appreciated greatly

Thank you I'm taking it slow and doing few hours my deputy will support me and show me how to do care plans on laptop All new while I have been off

I did 2 and half days at first but now doing 4 full days ! Not going full time though that is too much for me !!! I’m at hospital Thursday will let you know the outcome hopefully it might have gone but I don’t think it has !

Oh yes let me know I don't think I will go back full time Twelve hour shifts are long and im not getting any younger

Take it steady,fill upthe freezer with healthy,quick meals,so when yiu come home,you dont have to worry about whats for dinner! Take one day at a time,remind them you have been through an anxious time.....because after a few days,they may forget!!! Xxx
