Yes :-) that sounds good Vonnie but I think like some of us have done, it is wise to look upon it as a warning and a second chance and to see what lifestyle changes we can make to help our stressed hearts.

No news is good news.

What good news.

Hopefully you will be able to start relaxing and forgetting about the dreaded AF. It may come back occasionally but in all probability it was most likely a one off incident.

Hope you stay in regular NSR ad infinitum.

Pete

Good news!

Now you’re better informed through your time in this forum you should find it easier to deal with should you get another episode.

Good news Vonnie. Now do what I have been telling you and get on with the rest of your life. As my old Grandma used to say, you are a long time dead!

Anticoagulation is all our safety net Vonnie. As you know I haven't had AF for over ten years but would rather cut off an interesting part of my anatomy than stop my warfarin.

Well I was told to think of myself as a car and my meds were helping my engine to keep running
