Hi asdfvv. I know how you feel. I was feeling exact same. Im over op nine weeks now and am back to myself. I took it easy. Rested a lot. About three to four weeks marked improvement. Hope this helps
I have no experience to offer (yet), but after reading on this forum for many months the consensus is that you MUST rest as much as possible, for as long as you can stand it, and only start exercising gently and slowly progressively when you feel you can. Your heart has been damaged, and must heal before it is put under any pressure.
