Don't know of any positive results but I do know of people with illnesses such as MS and Fybro myalgia who find help and relief using cannabis. If it could do anything for AF I don't know but my feelings are that the sooner cannabis is approved for medical use the better.
I seem to remember reading that there may well be a link between AF and marijuana - in a negative way.
