I understand the reasons why an Alternative Practitioner put me on Mg & Co Q10; to improve the heart function with Mg relaxing and CoQ10 strengthening the heart muscle. Also, I think I read here someone use the music analogy that to avoid AF the 'Main Drummer' needs to maintain sufficient level to stop the band of little drummers starting up (i.e. an AF episode)
Having taken 200mgs of CoQ10 for sometime, my last 6 monthly test revealed I was well over the top of the normal range. My AP also noticed that my pulse had changed from slippery to much more pronounced/easy to take.
My question is have others pulse changed similarly and what do they put it down to?
Any info much appreciated.
