Verapamil side affects?!

Hi all.

Just wondering if anyone has had insomnia from verapamil?

I was originally prescribed 240mg of verapamil for SVT. Then I went into AF and was diagnosed with SVT and PAF.

So now on flecanide 50mg twice a day and the verapamil.

I stopped taking the evening dose of the flecanide as sleep Became non existent!. But no change, wondering now if it was the verapamil?!

It's more likely your heart than the drugs. I've been losing sleep for years as my heart does the occasional bigeminy, PVC or just general 'bang' and wakes me up.
