None of us are medically qualified, but usually yes Paracetemol is the painkiller we would take if we were on an Anti-Coagulant. You can always phone a pharmacist, they are very helpful

I asked my pharmacist about this and he said, "Yes". However, if I were you I would consult your own pharmacist as it is wise for you to have the directly-given view of someone qualified.

Since it is Sunday and your pharmacy may well be closed why not phone 111? (and disclose every medication you take)

Hi tyler46, I am on Biso and anticoagulant and I take Codine/Paracetamal for pain relief. This has been prescribed by my GP, I have on repeat prescription for bad joint pain.
