5 weeks post ablation and feeling positive

It has been 5 weeks since my ablation and I am feeling the benefits of having it done. Before the ablation I was having regular almost daily palpitations, ectopics and episodes, and there didn't seem to be a time where I wasn't aware of my heart beating out of my chest. Now I hardly notice at all, the only time is if I over exert myself which is normal. I have had some eptopics but not many and they only ever last 5-10 minutes, if not less. I still feel quite tired but I suppose that is to be expected as it is still early days, especially if it can take my heart 3-6 months to heal. I am glad I had it done 😊

Well done Shellyrich, hopefully your recovery period will remain uneventful, but try not too worry if you get the odd blip or two, my last one was a week after the magical 6 month period! Only hope to hear good news from now.....best wishes, John

Good to hear and keep up the positivity !
