I am a very fit 74 year old still working in my musical theatre school. I have very controlled af, diagnosed 2 years ago and. I take fleconide and apixipan,and have no problem with those but have always struggled with side effects of my blood pressure meds. I have been on Ramapril for some time - ok with that, but it needs supplementing, and everything else that I have been put on has made me feel really poorly. At the moment I am persevering with Slozem which is really doing it's job, but have very achey joints, particulalrly my ankles and wrists and feel pretty exhausted all the time. Can't work out if I have a virus or if it really the drugs. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so am I likely to get used to it in time?
Any words of wisdom would be good!!
