Can anyone explain to me what a r-r interval of 1.7 seconds means exactly? Once again sorry if this isn't the correct forum. Just had a stress echo and 48 holter monitor, some of the results I have questions with. My doctor simply says I'm fine and normal.

it just means the interval belween 2 heartbeats is 1.7 seconds. This gives quite a slow rate of only 36 per minute. If you are an athlete that is good, but if no other explanation may need further consideration of cause
