Ever since my Bisoprolol has increased to 5mg bd I've had anxiety feelings like butterflies in stomach - anyone else experienced this?

Yes, and it's one of the reasons I changed to nebivolol.

Are you able to sleep ok with the Nebivolol? I spent half the night awake.

Yes, not that I ever slept well. It hasn't affected that aspect.

I get this as well I'm on 10 mg I get this a lot sometimes it's can be quite severe

Butterflies - pulse rate normal on my Alivecor

I felt like a zombie on it so changed to Nebivolol which is much better - I gather it is more expensive and that's why Drs dont start you on it but it is much less likely to have side effects I am told. (Neither stop my episodes of AF but they do slow my normal heartrate from 90 to 65 on a 5mg dose)
