Letting go of my fear.

I would like to share with everyone that I am not having trepidations anymore about the new diagnosis and treatment. I am going to follow the doctors orders and continue to make myself well. My weight loss journey has already begun so I do believe by this time next year I will have mitigated the two important risk factors I have in relation to stroke and can enjoy some peacell of mind and the, hopefully, many more years of life. I thoroughly enjoy this forum. It has brought me comfort. Thank you all.
