I had 2 decaff coffees, blow it!

I used to find decaf tea was very soothing, and not that different.

Now I am trying a mug of Hawthorn tea each day, and I definitely have the impression that it is soothing the heart and discouraging an AF event from starting, so it might help to calm it down . . .

Certainly not funny but onward and upward cardio said he thought I may need a touch up to the cryoblation but was hoping not

gwyn53 is right. Not funny is how to see this hiccup and onward and upward is the way forward as you may still continue to improve.

A cool day in Perth, I see. Warmer tomorrow.

Not as knowledgeable as some great people on this site but when in AF about a month ago for 40 hours, as a last resort I tried long slow breaths in for 7 seconds in and longer slow breaths out for 11 seconds for 10 minutes. Whether it was the breathing that helped but after that I went back to normal. Hope you feel better soon , kind regards, Heather

I think that your problem is what you eat my heart is sensitive to food too basically is the food that trigger the af most of the time or you eat properly or you can expect AF simple as that in this society we are too exposed to venomous food that makes the heart allergic to it try a week of veggies and fruit only , no alcohol not coffee and junk not chocolate at all then you'll see how the situation will improve dieting is hard but it's the answer don't forget that catheters abolitionist or EP are making money with your hearts when what you need is just a diet , magnesium , and walk

I find standing up and drinking a slush puppy quick as I can really helps the AF to stop pretty quickly :)

That's a new one interesting will try it

it works for me :) it gives me a stomach freeze but apparently the stomach is next to a main artery which shocks it or something like that, luckily I work in a shop and we have a slush machine so as soon as it starts I grab a slush and gulp it down lol I also make a juice drink at home and if an AF starts I grab it out of the freeze and put it in a blender till half melted and go with that
