I think I'd go for CBT first. Are the panic attacks causing a stroke risk the reason you need anti-coagulants in the first place ?

No I have large volume PE and was immediately taken off of HRT so will go into the menopause and one of the symptoms I suffer from is panic attacks along with various other menopausal side effects so trying to eliminate them

There are many ways of coping with panic attacks through breathing techniques, tapping (EFT), Meditation etc - CBT will help with worry thoughts but I have found not that great for panic attacks in the moment but can help to get to underlying causes.

Drugs such as Beta Blockers are also prescribed for both panic attacks and AF sometimes which is why I asked but everyone reacts differently and sometimes can trigger panic attacks.

There are drugs which can help but you would need to see your doctor as we would be unable to advise you, I know some people on this forum have used them whilst on anti-coagulants.

Hope you find some help.
