Interesting reading this EP's ideas re AF. I can easily believe that there is a connection between inflammation in our bodies and AF. It seems a good idea to try and find and cure the inflammation, or other cause first, rather than go straight for an ablation.

Very interesting. without going into great detail, I was prescribed antihistamines 5 weeks ago - I have not felt so well in years and AF less of a problem! Co-incidence or a link, I don't know?
Enjoyed reading this article, he makes some good points regarding our general health. Makes me more determined to keep on getting fitter!!
