AFib and carotid artery disease – What to do.

I have both AFib and CAD and am taking Eliquis for AFib and aspirin for the CAD. I have a HAS-BLED score of 4 and have major bled risk of 6.5% per year. My stroke risk is 1.7%.

It was always my belief that if HASBLED score exceeded Chadsvasc then anticoagulation was not recommended. There again I'm not medically trained.
