Posting from an iPad

Has anyone else been having problems trying to post replies from an iPad recently?

Since the layout changes were implemented, I cannot revise, insert or delete previous lineswhich are typed and sometimes have difficulty getting into the box in the first place to start a post.  Only on this site - the iPad is fine on others.

Yes Finvola I have had exactly the same. Most frustrating. If I have mistyped a word then typed others (say 6 or 10) the only way is to delete everything back to the word in error and then retype.

Also very frustrating is the fact that this site does not allow finger tap to see the all and copy so that if (audit regularly does) loose the text after pressing submit, which allows resubmission rather than starting again. In brackets above should read as it.

Also in windows explorer it keeps disabling the scroll down (whether with the mouse wheel or sidebar) if you have started viewing that post using the see reply button in the email they send out

With my iPad if I use the keyboard cover I can use the arrows for up down left right ok to navigate.

That's it exactly Peter - sooo irritating that I have given up trying to post sometimes.

Same on my iPad - very irritating - anyone reported it to admin?  They are usually quite good.  Having said all of above seems better today....

Yes, I noticed that article but I haven't upgraded my OS recently - this problem has been apparent only in the last couple of weeks.

My OS was 100% up to date so that was not the issue!!!

I noticed last week that enhancements were under way and one temporary effect for me was that my 'Like' button was gone.  When it reappeared, this problem replaced it.

I have reported this issue to the Health Unlocked team.

Thank you for raising it.

Thank you so much - I was going to contact admin if others had the same problem.  Excellent. xx

Update: Health Unlocked are aware of this issue.

They are looking into a fix and as soon as I am notified, I will let you all know :)

Best wishes

I have given up with my iPad as I am constantly asked to login. I use my laptop instead, with no problems, so far.

This issue has now been resolved. Please completely refresh your tablets/phones etc to access the updated version. Personally, I find clearing your cookies - in settings - helps to clear all issues :)

Re Windows Internet Explorer (I am on version 11).

The changes have caused problems again with this. It used to be OK then locked as I will describe below then was OK and is now locked again. I have rebooted my system and problems still persist.

When an email is sent and I click on the "See reply" box it takes me straight to the reply. However and that message is shown at the top of the page. However the screen is locked so that I can not scroll down wither using the mouse wheel or using the Page Up or Page Down buttons or using the up down arrows. The only way to see the previous or subsequent information is to open another window and select the main topic and then the topic is at the top and you have to search all the way down (which in some that are 20 responses or more takes some time).

Also the cursor no longer appears in the Reply box. It is still there because when I put the mouse "I" over the point I want and click or say right click to correct a spelling it does go to the right spot and the functions are available.

Needless to say both are very tedious and for someone who is not keyboard proficient or very computer literate it would be extremely difficult or impossible for them!!!

In addition when writing this response the text length was such that the "Submit reply" box was below the screen and was not accessible.  It took four or five attempts to select all the text and then copy into a new window starting at the top of the post but then when I pasted it all the paragraph returns had been wiped out so it was all one paragraph of text.
