Thank you for all your helpful replies. I have given her the gist of them so it is up to her what she does. She is insistent that the GP says her rate should be around 66. She is a retired physiotherapist for goodness sake so she should know better, but hopefully she will make an appointment to see the doc.

I have done my best. She might even join this forum!
