For years, vitamin C has been thought to have specific benefits. Here is another study that may justify this a little more.

I cannot access this link re Vit C. But --------

About 25 years ago I developed cancer in my left arm and was told that it was terminal. I went to a Cancer Help Clinic and was advised to take Vit C, up to 10x 1000 per day. I got up to 5x 1000 then gradually reduced to 2x1000

I have taken them EVERY day for 25 years. You wee out any that your body does not need. My GP says that I have the most expensive urine in the whole if North Wales. Just to be on the safe side I will continue to take it, along with a good quality Vit and Mineral supplement which includes zinc and selenium.

I can promise you that it has done absolutely nothing to prevent my AF.

Jennydog, unless your internet service provider (sometimes directed by the country where you live, for example, North Korea) blocks access to a website such as Medscape, you should be able to create a login and password to access these articles. Medscape does not send you junk but you can ask for them to send you notification of articles on specific health issues should you choose to do so which I have done for AF.
