Not unless you let yourself become dehydrated or quench your thirst with large quantities of beer. Oh decisions decisions.!

Try to keep eating normally so that your diet doesn't change. A sudden change to lots of green salads may upset INR of course. At least two litres of plain water a day are needed and if your urine ever looks like Lucozade then drink more water till it is like dry white wine again.

Typical bloody English aren't we. Never satisfied with the weather . LOL

I'm trying to get my urine looking like a gin, with a good measure of tonic, ice cubes and a slice of lemon. Getting there slowly......cheers!

I work temporarily in Tunisia, where is is really cold in winter, and in summer we only grade 30C as warm. Hot would be 35C day and night with high humidity. A doctor once asked me to check my records dating over 20 years to see if there was much difference between winter and summer, and, to see if there was a predictable change when coming from a cold August UK to a warm Tunis. Even given the diet factor, there was nothing obvious.

Previous comments about drinking enough water are bang on.
