2nd cardioversion

off to have my second cardioversion tomorrow, first one only lasted 10days, fingers x for a better and longer result. To say I am fed up, is an understatement, but I have much lower blood pressure now, this should help. As I am in permanent AF. all systems go.......................

Will keep my fingers crossed that your cardioversion works and lasts longer this time. It's a strange thing to say, but I love having them as it's always such a joy to wake up after the procedure with a normal heart. Mine have lasted from days to a year. I get atrial flutter and tachycardia which goes on (sometimes for months) until cardioverted.

Yep...good luck Annieszoo. I agree with Jeanjeannie - so good to wake up ticking away like a well regulated clock! I'm frantically touching wood here but both my CVs have lasted well. Let's hope it will for you this time.
