Tried to do the survey, but it's only for those in England by the look of it. No option for Australians.

No option for those overseas, no opportunity to return to an earlier question, and no 'none of these' option where it is needed ie poor survey construction which could lead to misleading results!

A few key questions missing. Agree with other comments. Statistically much more sound if restricted to "England". However anybody from other UK countries able to complete?
