See my bio for a more complete history. Most recent psma pet scan demonstrated a couple of new spots in my hip and vertebra along with some old ones that are still smoldering. Psa is undetectable. Does this mean i am castrate resistant? Doc wants to send me to Turkey for Actinium 225. Has anybody received that drug before? I appreciate any thoughts.

Another option is Xofigo. Like Ac225, it is the more powerful alpha radiation. But unlike most Ac225-PSMA, it will not permanently harm your salivary glands:

Xofigo is for bone-only, which seems to be your case. Some combinations seem to work particularly well:
