just finished round 1 of LU 177 about 5 days ago. Still weak as a kitten. Anyone know how long to expect the general weakness to last?

A common side effect of Lu177 is fatigue. Exercise is the best way to mitigate that. I had very slight fatigue only but it lasted about three months.

Thanks GP. Have been surprised. Usually my body bounces back quickly. This stuff really took the steam out of me. Next round in 7 weeks. Hoping it helps

I would take it as a good sign that it is actually working, having an impact. Lu-617 (Pluvicto) is cleared from the body pretty rapidly via urinary excretion. Before the excess Lu isotopes actually decay. Drink extra fluids and rest. Suspect you will be out of the fatigue zone within 2 weeks. For me, with the Lu-J591, the fatigue lasted just 10 days.

Thanks Mateo. You are right on!!

My dr just called to follow up and told me she would expect about 10 days. AND she said it was a positive sign that I had heavy fatigue. She said that indicates the isotopes are killing lots of the nasty cells.
