I an BRAC2 Taking Zytiga and orgvyx and prednisone for Gleason 9 statarting at psa 200 in September psa 21--nadir psa 13 recently and rising to psa 25---starting lynparaza and wondering about possible improvement and duration based your experience.

Husband age 61 started Lynparza mid January 2022. QOL is/was good. Lynparza stopped working this month. PSA only lowered to 16 shot back up. Lymph nodes did shrink mets did not. No issues or side effects. MO was amazed.

I was on Lynparza for 2 years, keeping my PSA undetectable for 18 months before it ran its course. This has been my most successful and longest lasting treatment to date. Haven't yet found the next best one. I keep trying.
