Climbed 336 ft to 4283 and then jogged back down for a 5k, it was invigorating.

Wore my "Freedom is not free" tee that I got in New Orleans at the D Day museum

Have a an awesome 4th and today just say "screw it" to your diet plans.

Nice run , had a slothful weekend except for some dancing, you are inspiring me go climb Mt. Trashmore ( courtesy of Waste Mgmt. inc., about the only real elevation nearby.

I did 20 miles and 2500 feet of climbing on gravel on my bike on Saturday. Tomorrow my 6 month MO appt and a 35mile ride if all goes as planned. Good job Randy. Keep it up!

Have the 12th and last one on July 15th, trying to get Kaiser Medicare to cover either an Axumin or PSMA scan. I received an autho for an FDG based scan, and that isn't as good at PCa detection.My best to you brother

Lol, thanks for the hashtag. I had made #walkwithrandy a few years ago to generate interest in my doing my 150th Marathon in Orange County, CA.
