PSA rising after Lupron "vacation."

Hi, Everyone. I had a RP in late 2017, 40 sessions of radiation, and 33 months of Lupron; I have the BRCA2 mutation (somatic) and have/had one sacral lesion. PSA undetectable for 2.5 years (Feb. 2019 to Sept. 2021) and Axumin scan showed "no evidence of disease." Started Lupron vacation. PSA on 2/28/22 was 0.032 (Smilow Cancer Hospital uses the ultrasensitive test), on 4/5/22 0.061, on 6/7/22 0.133. Meeting with MO on 6/9. Based on preliminary conversation, probably facing Zytiga and Prednisone. I'd be grateful for any thoughts or ideas.

Clearly something is going on inside. I am on Triplet, Lupron, Zytiga/Abiraterone-prednisone for 19 mos now. Leading an active life, and enjoying the many moments along the way. We do what it takes to extend life, knowing better, more curative treatments are coming. We just have to live that long. Best, Mike
