Prednisone substitute with Zytiga.

I recently read that there is a substitute for prednisone that extends the time that Zytiga is effective. Can anyone direct me to that post? Thanks, Jim

In addition to switching to dex, there is also a drug under study to add to abi when it starts failing...cardiffoncology.com/mcprc/

Can't help but wonder if constant switching the environment via drugs would have a better lasting overall delay to progression? Of course we will never know until a randomized trial be conducted. But with the multi-modality being the most effective therapies of late, I can't help the thoughts of "what if" those drugs were switched up every few months... Lol. Of course it could result in the opposite as well, training the cancer cells to be more resistant than less! So I'm just typing out loud my thoughts.
