MO is suggesting Xofigo as next step, based on recent scans that show Mets have small increase since first scans to bones but no soft tissue spread.

Congratulations on lowering the PSA. Xofigo sounds like a good plan for multiple Mets. Keep up the good fight.

Xofigo + Provenge may be particularly beneficial.

Hi. I am also 69 years, almost 70. No chemo yet? I have lower back pain that low dose Tramadol plus Acetaminophen (Ultraset) twice daily helps out at lot. This pain is not from spinal compression fracture I have, but 2 discs injured at Superbowl party. Just trying to say that your back pain may have nothing to do with pca. I have extensive bone mets that at the moment (after 3 years) are stable. Gleason 9, highest psa 59.9 Is your alkaline phosphatase also high? My highest was a little over 200. Xofigo + Provenge are probably in my future. Good luck with all of this.

Stay the coarse Mark.. keep doing what you’re doing.😷
