You can always use "google translate" to translate from English to French and vice versa. Or from Hindi to French and vice versa.

Note: "Thank you" from English to Hindi धन्यवाद and then to French "Merci"

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Here is an article about ketogenic diet for cancer in English:

mdanderson.org/publications...

and here a review of the current research on this subject:

sciencedirect.com/science/a...

I would not rely on the testimonial of a single patient on Youtube.

I understand and agreed with you but this isn't about just Ketogenic diet or a testimonial of a single patient on you tube... whatever he is doing is pure research and evidence based I suggest you to study recent research findings on cancer as a metabolic disease by Dr Thomas Seyfried just give it a Google search according to my understanding what he says is cancer feeds on two types of energies glucose and glutamine so first we establish calorie restricted Ketogenic diet with ketone supplements then we give drugs like glucose inhibitors and glutamine inhibitors and hyperbaric oxygen therapy this way they applied on metastatic widely spread aggrasive cancer on mice model they got success and they claim it can used for each and every cancers as it's not cancer specific and claims if it can not cure cancer it can most probably control maintain or stop cancer for long time

Ketogenic diet alone won't work so well it would be multi level approach

Pamorelin injection plus Abiraterone is currently the best treatment for your father. One could add radiation to the prostate according to this recent study:

urotoday.com/conference-hig...

I did a ketogenic diet to loose weight. This was very successful. However, the PSA value rose unchanged during that time. So I could not determine any effect on prostate cancer.

I think all diets and supplements are at best not sufficiently effective to make a noticeable difference for a Gleason 8 cancer with mets on pelvic bone and spine. There are usually several trials with mice but no trials with a sufficient number of humans including a control group. What works in mice in most cases will not work that way in humans.
