Good guess. Radium-223 itself has a half-life of 11.4 days.

so would it be 11.4 days or the 60 ?

After 11.4 days the agent would be at 50% reduced. After 11.4 more days it would be 25%. After 11.4 more it would be 12.5%. After 11.4 more it would be 6.25%. After 11.4 more it would be 3.125%. .... So, for all practical purposes, after 5 x 11.4 = 57 days it would be around 97% cleared from one's system as an active agent. The estimate of 60 days sounds reasonable. (Clinical judgement might make that a little shorter for selected patients, but only if there were good blood tests and other good enough health status markers after coming off Xofigo.)
