Reaching the final destiny on my life's journey

I exhausted all the drugs , number of years ago, including few clinical trials. Last few years I have been living on home made Lipo vitamin C and supplements. I was on restrict diet for a while. Cancer spreading to lymph nodes. No longer able to walk. Second Chemo consisted of mixing number of the Chemo drugs, PSA still rising. Can not use bathroom close to a week. Lived over seven years with Castration Resistance Prostate Cancer ( CSPC) and pain. Running out of options. Started refusing treatments. I put up a good fight, losing it now. Looking for hospice or other short ways out. No joy left to continue the fight for.

We all hope to know when our time to stop fighting has arrived. It seems that time has arrived for you. Hospice is a wonderful asset and there is no reason you should live with pain. They should be able to bring you comfort. I pray that you have loved ones around you and that you find peace and comfort.

Thanks for suggestions . No , I have not. Last I heard BAT still on clinical trials in US.

Can you please reply with the NCT number for the completed BAT, you are referring to.

This one (NCT03522064) in Australia still recruiting.

So sorry to hear this...there is a time to fight and a time to quit.... have you had gene mapping of your cancer??...there may be one of the immunotherapy drugs that is a match for you... God bless you, brother....since I am part Irish.... May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

Not so fast bbobby !!! you still have options... BAT is an excellent option as Nalakrats mentioned -- also, see Dr Bob Leibowitz's video

Some of Dr. Bob's patients have lived decades after being in you condition.

He does high dose testosterone very successfully. And, there are newly approved options apalutamide (ERLEADA) --- I would also contact my OC and get gene tested for mutations which you almost surely have.

It sounds like you feel that your time to end the fight and surrender into what is has come. This is a very personal decision but one that each and everyone has to make on their own unfortunately. I hope you have loved ones around you who will support you on your final journey. Hospice is great and there is absolutely no reason why you or anyone should live in more pain than absolutely necessary. Keep posting to this forum if you like and let us know how you are getting on.
