"You Can Beat prostate Cancer" by Robert J. Marckini is the story of a man who went through proton beam therapy. He wasn't metastatic and you can't go through the Loma Linda treatment if you are, but interesting book.

I was going to spend all my money on it until I read a study that showed very similar results to other radiation. Brotherhood of the Balloon hyped it to no end. Some say it's a comparison of smart bomb vs. carpet bombing. I went with carpet bombing. 3mos. Lupron- 28 radiation treatments-3 mos. more Lupron resulting in a .8. Took 3mos. vacation from Lupron=36 PSA. On Eligard and feeling good. An acquaintance took same treatment at same facility = All good, no ADT, no nothing. It's a crapshoot.
