Everything From Thunder God Vine to Indomethacin In Treating Resistance To Xtandi and Zytiga

I have tried Thunder God Vine, Quercetin, Resveratrol, Metformin, Avodart, Birm and only Indomethacin lowered PSA. Nalakrats is trying Niclosamide for his 4 foot pet tapeworm.

Since I very rapidly became enzalutamide-resistant, I was quite interested to see that presence of the BRCA gene mutation is associated with primary enzalutamide resistance. I have the BRCA mutation (only 12% of us do) and will be starting in the TRITON clinical trial during the next couple of weeks. So this was encouraging news.

I am on enzalutimide for 20 months and almost three years on zytiga before that. No resistance from xtandi for me and I did better than anyone in trial. They told me it had cross resistance to zytiga and no chance of working. It did. I am brca1 and was exposed to agent orange big time while serving with special forces in Vietnam 68-69. Plenty of cancers showed in my unit many years later.

How long until Xtandi resistance

Went off chemo and on Xtandi in April 2018. PSA started back up beginning of August and has risen steadily since then. Doubling rate about 6 weeks.
