Third injection of Xofigo this week.
2nd and this injection he is having severe pain at bone sites- flu feeling.
Unable to function- headaches -
Last injection bone in hip area was extremely painful but now it is shoulders and neck. His Mets are extensive.
We were not warned of this by radiation oncologist. Calling on Monday. From what I read this is not normal? Generally Xofigo is well tolerated but his symptoms are similar to chemo aside from the severe diahrea.
Any input greatly appreciated.
