Brought Chandon to fete the onco staff. Had 2 of my kids there too. PSA now at 10.2 (840 at Dx with a 0.1 nadir) - so got back on Lupron train after a Hormone Holiday with last shot on 03/31/2017. Got QoL for a while. Didn't wanna go castrate resistant - we'll see the effect on PSA. Fight on Brothers. Mele Kalikimaka

Hello, I fasted 2 days before each chemo and that spared me most SE's except for hair loss. Google "fasting and chemotherapy" Also still doing IF (Intermittent Fasting) from 9pm at night to 1pm the next day - sipping on homemade veggie/tomato paste/curry broth. Taking 2000mg Metformin/day and got to that 0.1 PSA last year. I'll have at least 2 years more of Lupron shots every 3 months to reduce the T levels. theloopnewspaper.com/story/...
