metronomic chemo anyone?

Was wondering if anyone here has done metronomic(low dose/ high frequency chemo) and what their experience result was. Am somewhat intrigued by this treatment method and would love to learn more about its possible use. I have a DNA germ line defect and am trying to weigh various regimes that are on the one hand detrimental to tumor cells and possibly very bad for healthy cells beyond the norm.

I've done low dose chemo with insulin, called IPT. I recently completed 4 weekly treatments. Each one used 2 chemo drugs but at low doses, 10-20% of typical doses. Ask me in 6 months how well it worked.
