Diagnosed in 01/15 with Stage IV, GL 7(4+3), PSA at 840. I told him daughter starting Law School and I wanted to see her graduate. He said "I'll get you there". 15 chemo, 30 months ADT and it came true. She got her JD from U of Chicago on 06/09

Hi Randy, Congratulations!!

When I was dxed My Daughter was a freshman in HS, I then hoped to see her Graduate HS. Just last week she graduated from a 3 year graduate program as a school Psychologist, which was a total of 7 years of College.

When I got bad news 17 years ago with my diagnosis, I thought I would not make it 5 years. Grabbed lots of life packs with new drugs that came my way. I am still here.

Congratulations, both of you! I was Diagnosed feb/2018 PSA 500 Prostate Mets to vertebrae , now speckled through bones cranium to foot bones. PSA down to 22 hoping to see its below 6 by the second treatment in two weeks. Radiation 5 treatments concurrent knocked it down to 80, and one Chemo done Docetaxel, with ZOLADEX every 3 months. Pain management now under control.

My Eldest Grandson accepted at Uni of Massachusetts, Lowell on a full ride Ice Hockey scholarship. We are Canadian, from BC. He is on this months NHL Draft. So between completing a degree in Business Management2018- 2021, and starting his NHL careers, six teams showing considerable interest including Montreal, Boston, Tampa, Nashville, Colorado and LA Kings he has a good chance. At age 77 3/4 yrs I want to see him start and play in the NHL for at least Four years. So, as my moniker implies I’m looking forward to “more miles”.
