Taking xofigo with Zytiga has been causing unexpected deaths per Bayer. So my RO recommends xtandi and xofigo for bone met recurrence upon scan. See below:

Sorry can't find that study. Is this his opinion because my MO can't find this info from any Bayer on this data
Have you looked into lu-177 -- I hear it is working very well for mets -- I think it is available in Europe (Germany) and there is a clinical trial in Houston for castrate resistant Pca using lu-177.
