Can any of you recommend a Medical Oncologist

In South Florida? I need a second opinion Looking for someone who specialize in Advanced Prostate Cancer.

My PSA and T levels have both jumped 7 points in three weeks.

If Xtandi and lupron are no longer effective do any of you have experience with orchidectomy?

Hey Tall I value your input. Will the procedure eliminate the need for ADT?

It will eliminate the need for injections of Lupron, because Lupron (or Firmagon) only shuts off testosterone coming from the testicles. It won't eliminate the need for secondary hormonal therapies like Zytiga, Xtandi, or estrogen patches, because they attempt to eliminate other (non-testicular) sources of androgens. I'm 6'3"
