Whether you are the patient or the caregiver, or maybe you just need to be nicer to yourself -- say it. We all need to hear it, and supposedly saying positive things has benefits for the sayer too. As we say here in Hawai`i --> Mahalo nui loa (than you so very much) for considering this request.
