Hii, somedays when my hyperactivity is out of control and overwhelms me, I tend to want and/or break the things near me. Does anyone have the same issue? is this normal?

Do you mean you get so excited you can hardly contain yourself and feel the urge to break things?

I mean I understand being hyperactive and your feelings being out of control. For me, when I get frustrated, I feel like screaming and I hate everyone. I don’t scream, but I cry and it’s hard for me to see the solution. Especially that was true when I was little; whenever I was frustrated I wasn’t really in a place to listen to reason. Even now, I mean obviously I matured some, but even now frustration for me is still horrible and I dread that emotion, but now I have a way to cope with it better. I am planning to write a poem about how awful frustration is for me and how much I dread it. When I’m hyperactive, I may talk loud or something, but yes it’s normal for ADHDers to feel feelings like 150 times bigger than other people.

Yes, but I do not break things I just throw them away. I threw out fifteen hundred dollars worth of stuff when I was feeling hyperactive. I have been doing this for most of my life. I do not know what to do about it except for talk with my counselor. Hope this helps.
