Brain Fog with Vyvanse

I am 41 and have been diagnosed as Adhd w/o the hyperactivity. I also have general anxiety disorder and take Welbutrin. I have recently been prescribed Vyvanse and have been on it for 14 days. The brain fog is driving me nuts! It starts about an hour after I take it and lasts all day. I have tried drinking caffeine and it doesn't help. I have yet to have a day of crisp clear thinking.

Anyone else experience this?

I have never tried Vyvanse. I was prescribed Adzynys. It seems to be working great!

Well, I couldn't handle the brain fog with Vyvanse. Now I am trying Adderall. Today is day 4 and I am still on the fence about it.
